Scientific Publications Project Manager

Job Responsibilities
Provide project management support for medical publication projects within the Inflammation therapeutic area.
Work with the publication platform to support focus markets and assigned projects.
Manage assigned projects on the platform, ensuring accurate real-time updates.
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively following up with internal teams, authors, and external agencies.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned inflammation publication projects.
Consolidate and coordinate author and stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment and follow-through.
Support the organization and execution of medical publication workshops related to inflammatory diseases.
Ensure compliance with publication processes, standards, and timelines.
Support clear, structured communication across multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working as a
Scientific Publications Project Manager or similar roles.
Experience working in agencies or pharmaceutical companies.
Master’s degree in Biological or Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Immunology, or related fields).
Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
