As the primary point of contact for a leading banking institution, you will help customers manage their accounts, resolve inquiries, and navigate digital platforms with precision.

Expert Support: Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with account queries, transactions, and digital banking tools.

~ Security & Compliance: Maintain strict data privacy standards and adhere to financial security protocols.

~ Language Integration: Use your Spanish skills to navigate internal systems and coordinate with local teams.





Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and solid Spanish (Minimum B2 required).

~ Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn (prior banking experience is a plus, but not required).

~ Work Authorization: EU work permit required; Working Hours & Shift Options

~ Morning: 07:00 – 16:00

~ Location: 100% On-site in our Madrid office
