- Define global strategic roadmap and segment prioritization for nutraceutical actives
- Shape portfolio through disciplined management and investment strategies
- Identify new growth platforms across geographies, applications, technologies,



and partnerships
- Lead market intelligence to uncover trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities
- Translate insights into innovation pipelines, partnerships, and commercial playbooks
- Build finance‑aligned business cases with clear ROI and value capture
- Coordinate cross‑functional execution to scale from concept to commercialization
- Drive global marketing initiatives across commercial, BD, and technical teams
- Represent the company with customers, industry bodies, and partners to strengthen thought leadership

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in strategic marketing, business leadership, or innovation‑driven roles
- Proven track record in defining and executing global growth strategies
- Experience in nutraceuticals, food, pharma, or related regulated industries
- Strong understanding of nutraceutical value chai
