Mapon is seeking a CTO to modernize a mature, multi-product SaaS platform and build a scalable engineering organization beyond individual contributors. You will own tech strategy, architecture, platform evolution and fulfillment of customer value with Product collaboration. You will lead a 50+ person engineering team, set OKRs and budgets, and drive secure, observable, cost-effective delivery while guiding AI-enabled development and strategic M&A; alignment.
