Overview
In this Senior GEO / SEO Manager role, you shape and drive advanced SEO strategies to boost clients’ digital visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO with business goals, tackle complex challenges, and mentor colleagues across German and English-speaking teams. You’ll own strategic KPIs, monitor roadmaps, and translate insights into actionable tactics. This position combines client-facing leadership with hands-on optimization and a growth-minded culture that values experimentation and impact.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement GEO/SEO strategies (technical, content, offsite) aligned with client objectives
- Own strategy KPIs, monitor roadmaps, and analyze performance to inform tactics
- Establish standardized processes and mentor team members
- Support the sales team with knowledge for pre-sales activities and client pitches
- Keep up to date with industry trends, tools and Google updates to improve client strategies
- Manage workload, meet deadlines,



and delegate tasks as required
- Share updates and expertise with the wider team

Requisitos principales
- 3–5 years of SEO experience in developing and managing SEO strategies with budget responsibility
- Experience in managing German and English speaking teams
- Strong SEO knowledge with deep understanding of content and offsite pillars
- Advanced experience in SEO audits (keyword research, technical analysis, crawl budget, content strategy)
- Proven ability to communicate with clients and present strategic plans
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Accuranker
- Experience with AI-driven changes and early exposure to AEO and GEO
