Overview
As Marketing CRM Automation Manager, you’ll design and run automated, personalized customer journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels for The Knot Worldwide’s international brands. You’ll partner with CRM Strategy, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to craft data-driven programs that guide couples through the wedding planning journey. You’ll apply hands-on technical know-how in SFMC and/or Braze to scale CRM initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. This role blends marketing instincts with technical execution to deliver meaningful customer experiences at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Build, launch, and optimize omnichannel customer journeys and automations (email, push, SMS, in-app) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze
- Develop personalized, data-driven CRM programs including behavioral triggers and lifecycle journeys
- Leverage Data Extensions, SQL,



and audience segmentation for precise targeting and personalization
- Utilize HTML, AMPScript and/or Liquid to create and tailor CRM communications
- Collaborate with CRM Strategy to design lifecycle campaigns and trigger-based programs
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign performance
- Monitor performance across campaigns, channels, audiences, and segments and provide insights
- Create and maintain reporting to measure effectiveness and support data-driven decisions
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Data Engineering, Martech, and CRM Operations on initiatives and launches
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SFMC and/or Braze across multiple international markets
