Overview
In this role you drive the end-to-end execution of Agentic plays within Qlik’s customer portfolio. You turn approved play designs into structured, governed actions, coordinating assets and supporting automation to deliver measured outcomes. You act as the operational center of gravity, turning strategy into experiments, results, and improved plays. Responsabilidades
- Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of agentic plays from setup to post-play retrospective
- Ensure play execution quality and that targets and audience reach defined success criteria
- Design A/B test structures with hypotheses, controls, sample sizes, and success criteria




- Translate play logic into a structured execution plan with milestones, dependencies, and rollback conditions
- Coordinate assets required for a play (email copy, in-product content, timing, suppression lists, audience segments)
- Support technical implementation of automated experiences with CSO OPS & AI and automation tools (N8N, Pendo, Amazon SES, Salesforce)
- Act as operational contact during execution: monitor issues, manage exceptions, escalate blockers
- Partner with Analytics & Insights to define reporting requirements and dashboards
- Own reporting output for active/completed plays for leadership and stakeholders
- Lead post-play retrospectives and translate learnings into next iterations
- Collaborate with Cohort Manager to improve execution quality and outcomes
- Maintain a knowledge base of play outcomes for institutional learning
