Overview
In this role you lead the SAP HR & payroll operations for international clients, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. You manage client relationships and drive ongoing process improvements within a growing MPS/BPO context. You will escalate payroll issues, collaborate with global stakeholders, and support the development of the payroll team. Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage the SAP HR & payroll operations team to ensure accurate, timely payroll within scope and SLAs
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships as the primary delivery contact
- Prepare and present payroll performance reports and KPIs in monthly reviews
- Monitor service levels and credits,



ensuring SLA compliance and addressing deviations
- Serve as escalation point for unresolved payroll issues and ensure effective resolution
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Payroll Country Leads to drive process improvements
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Develop and deliver payroll staff training materials and programs
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture and continuous improvement mindset
- Ensure compliance with global and local payroll regulations and standards
- Coordinate team-impacting projects to achieve defined results

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years of experience in HR/payroll operations, preferably international or in MPS/BPO
- Strong understanding of HR/payroll processes, compliance, and global payroll standards
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clients
- Familiarity with SLAs,
