Overview
As CEO, you will lead the Iberia-focused Business Unit within a European live entertainment company, owning the P&L; and steering growth, profitability, and strategic priorities. You will define long-term strategy across Iberia and select international markets, cultivate new revenue streams and partnerships, and oversee high-impact initiatives. You’ll assess and negotiate potential M&A;, JVs, or alliances to strengthen market position, while monitoring trends and audience behavior to stay ahead. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and foster a performance-driven culture.

Responsabilidades
- Own the BU P&L; and achieve strategic, revenue, and financial targets
- Define and implement long-term strategy across Iberia and selected markets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships for sustainable growth
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives
- Support M&A;, joint ventures, or strategic alliances evaluation and integration
- Monitor market trends, audience behavior,



and competition to position the BU as a leader
- Oversee operations delivery, drive efficiencies, and ensure cross-functional collaboration
- Establish performance metrics and data-driven decision-making structures
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the BU
- Mentor and develop senior leaders and high-potential talent
- Represent the BU externally to strengthen the company’s reputation in the industry

Requisitos principales
- Significant senior leadership experience in live entertainment or related industries
- Proven track record managing complex operations with full P&L; responsibility
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth and profitability
- Experience leading strategic transformation, scaling businesses and managing complexity
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
