Overview
In this role, you own the CRM architecture and automation layer powering Amenitiz’s commercial engine across four markets. You’ll design the HubSpot data model, automation, and AI-powered workflows to remove manual work and ensure data accuracy, collaborating with Sales, CS, and Data to run the funnel end-to-end. You’ll drive data governance, integrations, and scalable processes that support GTM growth. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how we convert leads into revenue at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Own HubSpot CRM architecture, governance, and data standards to support scalable GTM operations
- Manage API integrations linking HubSpot with the broader GTM tech stack for clean data flows
- Maintain data hygiene across four markets and serve as the single source of truth
- Design and implement automation,



including AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work and improve funnel efficiency
- Develop and maintain lead-scoring and routing logic for priority prospects
- Monitor, debug, and optimize automations to ensure reliability at scale
- Evaluate new automation tools and integrations to evolve the automation layer
- Document CRM playbooks and enable adoption across Sales, CS, and Data teams
- Build lightweight dashboards to monitor CRM data quality and automation performance
- Optimize end-to-end GTM workflows, including onboarding and handoffs between Sales and CS
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement automated fixes
- Segment and routing optimization to reflect segment differences in automation
