MissionThe Marketing Solution Partner for Primary Care will play a key role in driving impactful marketing solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of the Primary Care (AP) environment. This role is responsible for leading strategic projects, fostering strong collaborations with scientific societies, and ensuring the development of relevant, high-value initiatives that enhance engagement with healthcare professionals.Key Responsabilities1. Market Insight & Strategic Contribution- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Primary Care landscape, including healthcare professionals’ needs, patient pathways, system challenges, and emerging opportunities.- Translate market insights into actionable strategies and value-driven initiatives that improve disease awareness, diagnosis, patient identification, disease control, and treatment optimization.- Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through earlier intervention, improved patient management, and enhanced healthcare professional engagement.2. Strategic Project Ownership- Full ownership of strategic projects of high-impact educational, scientific, and customer-focused initiatives addressing unmet needs in Asma and COPD.- Drive the development of solutions that support healthcare professionals in improving patient outcomes and quality of care.- Ensure all initiatives are aligned with franchise priorities and contribute to both customer value and business objectives.3. Scientific Societies Engagement- Design and execute a comprehensive engagement plan with Primary Care scientific societies, including SEMFYC, SEMERGEN, SEMG, and GRAP.- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with opinion leaders, society representatives,



and key stakeholders within the Primary Care ecosystem.- Promote co-creation initiatives that contribute to advancing respiratory care standards and clinical practice.4. Cross-Functional Franchise Leadership- Act as the Primary Care lead within the respiratory franchise, ensuring the perspective of Primary Care is embedded across strategic and tactical planning.- Partner closely with the Asthma and COPD Marketing Solution Partners to translate disease-area strategies into impactful Primary Care initiatives.- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Digital, and Comex teams to ensure excellence in execution.Key RequirementsExperience & Knowledge- Solid experience in marketing, project management, or commercial roles within the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.- Strong knowledge of the Primary Care ecosystem in Spain.- Experience in managing strategic projects and stakeholder engagement initiatives.- Familiarity with scientific societies and healthcare networks is highly valuable.- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect insights to execution.- Excellent project management and organizational skills.- High stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Proactive mindset, ownership, and results orientation.- Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments.Key Sucess Indicators- Successful delivery and impact of strategic projects (e.G., Ágora Respiratorio).- Strength and quality of relationships with scientific societies.- Effectiveness of engagement plans and initiatives in AP.- Contribution to brand positioning and business objectives in Primary Care.- Cross-functional alignment and execution excellence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
