Overview
As Group CFO at Satispay, you will shape the international financial roadmap from Milan, leading capital allocation and consolidated finance. You’ll direct FP&A;, reporting, investor relations, and governance across entities including the Luxembourg subsidiary, partnering with the CEO and the Board. You’ll drive M&A;, fundraising, and capital markets readiness to enable growth. This is a high-impact leadership role at a fast-growing fintech on a mission to simplify money for millions of users.

Responsabilidades
- Define and execute the Group’s long-term financial strategy and capital allocation priorities
- Lead corporate finance activities including equity fundraising, debt structuring, M&A;, due diligence, and valuation
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and governance across all entities
- Head FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting,



and performance analysis for all business units
- Ensure alignment between strategic planning, operations, and financial performance
- Oversee regulatory and governance matters for the Luxembourg banking subsidiary in collaboration with local leadership

Requisitos principales
- 8+ years in progressive financial leadership roles
- At least 3 years as Group CFO, VP of Finance, or Deputy CFO in fintech/scale-up environments
- Experience with capital markets, investor relations, and IPO/SPAC readiness
- Regulated financial environment experience (banking/payments/fintech/e-money)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA/CFA desirable
- English professional proficiency; Italian a plus
