Overview
You will drive the Spain market expansion for Office Barista, launching the brand and building the first client base. You will work closely with regional leadership to shape the market entry, establish a local presence, and scale as the operation grows. This entrepreneurial role focuses on commercial development, client acquisition, and later leading a local sales team. You will directly influence how the brand enters and positions itself in Spain, delivering early traction and sustainable growth.

Responsabilidades
- Lead the commercial launch in Spain and build the initial client portfolio
- Identify, pursue, and close B2B opportunities in offices, coworking spaces, and facility management environments
- Build and manage a client pipeline from scratch via direct prospecting, networking, and field sales




- Represent the brand in meetings, demonstrations, and industry events
- Perform on-site needs assessments to tailor coffee and water solutions
- Collaborate with headquarters to develop sales strategies, presentations, and market positioning
- Develop relationships with corporate offices, SMEs, banks, multinational companies, business parks, and facility management providers
- Support early operational setup of the Spanish business while driving commercial traction
- As growth occurs, recruit, build, and lead a local sales team

Requisitos principales
