Overview In this role you lead the field service team to deliver timely, high-quality service to customers from the Monterrey site. You will provide technical guidance, manage daily operations, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and service performance. You’ll report to the management team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize field operations and support business growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery within Honeywell’s automation and energy solutions portfolio, including HVAC/BMS/BAS systems and Niagara framework. effective service delivery * Provide technical support and guidance to field service technicians for complex issues * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize service operations Requisitos principales * Bachelor’s Degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent field service experience * 3–5 years in HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems, field service engineering, Application Engineering or technical service support * Experience commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, BMS and BAS and control platforms (Niagara framework) * Experience in a leadership role within field service or technical service management * Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles related to field service * Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks * Experience with service delivery optimization and driving process improvements * Strong leadership and team management * Customer-focused mindset * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities * HVAC controls * BMS/BAS * Niagara framework
