Overview
In this role you will lead the Talent Growth product, aligning talent strategy with skills data to deliver personalized development, learning pathways, and internal mobility. You will shape the product vision and roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to scale skills-driven capabilities globally. You’ll enable data-informed decisions and ensure an engaging employee experience that highlights growth opportunities and skills visibility. This is a strategic role that drives the transformation toward a skills-based organization, delivering measurable value for employees and the business.

Responsabilidades
- Translate Talent Growth strategy into clear product outcomes, backlog priorities, and measurable value
- Own product vision, strategy, and lifecycle for Talent Growth across NTT DATA Inc.
- Shape technology roadmap to support transition to a skills-driven organization
- Define personalised growth opportunities (learning, career development, internal mobility, gigs, mentoring)
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Talent, Learning, IT, Data, Architecture, Change,



and stakeholders to translate needs into capabilities
- Connect market and workforce demand with employee skills profiles to form a coherent product strategy
- Prioritize backlog to maximise business value, user experience, scalability, and feasibility
- Define MVPs for new/enhanced capabilities to enable rapid validation and value realization
- Work with delivery teams and vendors to translate requirements into features and increments
- Ensure improved skills visibility, gap analysis, and personalised recommendations
- Define skills data foundations, governance, reporting, and analytics with data/architecture teams
- Deliver intuitive employee experiences for skills understanding and growth ownership
- Support managers with visibility of internal talent supply, gaps, and opportunities
- Engage senior stakeholders on direction, adoption, investment, risks, and value measures
