Summary
As the SDR Manager , you will lead and scale our outbound SDR function across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing a high-performing SDR team while driving predictable pipeline generation for our Account Executive organisation.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who has successfully built outbound teams, established prospecting best practices, and developed SDRs from hiring through ramp and ongoing performance management. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Recruiting and Revenue Leadership to continuously improve outbound performance, optimise processes, and build a scalable sales development organisation.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Team Hiring & Development: Partner closely with Recruiting to attract, interview, hire and successfully onboard top SDR talent. Develop structured onboarding and ramp programmes that enable new hires to become productive quickly while creating clear coaching plans and career progression opportunities.
- Leadership and Coaching: Lead, coach and inspire an outbound SDR team to consistently exceed pipeline generation targets. Conduct regular one-to-ones, call coaching, performance reviews and ongoing development sessions to bu
