Position Summary
We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Engineering) to build and scale our engineering organisation.
This is a high-impact, strategic role — not just delivery.



You will own the engineering hiring roadmap end-to-end, partner directly with founders and senior engineering leaders, and set the bar for how we hire technical talent.
You'll be expected to operate with high ownership, drive hiring strategy, and ensure we consistently attract and close top-tier engineering talent in highly competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles (AI, Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Data, Infrastructure, etc.)
- Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategies and adecuado candidate profiles
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent
- Conduct structured recruiter screenings, assessing technical fundamentals and motivation
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies:
- Provide clear role briefs
- Monitor pipeline quality and delivery
