Overview
As Security Lead for Health & Public Service in Iberia, you own the growth, profitability and market position of the H&PS; Cybersecurity practice across Spain and Portugal. You lead a 10-person team, shape the annual plan, and drive delivery excellence while aligning global capabilities with local needs. You will build strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs and senior directors, closing complex deals and shaping the cybersecurity agenda in health and public sector. This role offers high-impact leadership at scale with a focus on customer outcomes and regulatory alignment.

Responsabilidades
- Own the H&PS; Cybersecurity practice strategy, pipeline, backlog and financial performance
- Direct leadership of a 10-member team, fostering development and retention
- Define and execute the annual business plan including growth targets and new capabilities
- Build and nurture relationships with CISOs, CIOs and senior healthcare/public sector leaders
- Lead end-to-end commercial process: opportunity identification, proposals, negotiation and closure




- Position Accenture as the go-to Cybersecurity partner for H&PS; in Iberia
- Oversee delivery quality, timelines and client satisfaction across engagements
- Integrate general capabilities (threat intel, SOC/MDR, AI-powered security) into local solutions
- Manage risk and communicate with senior stakeholders during crises or incidents
- Contribute to thought leadership, publications and market positioning initiatives

Requisitos principales
- 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or strategic security consulting
- Proven senior leadership experience in professional services or related environments
- Track record of managing teams and P&L; responsibilities
- University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification a plus
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ENS, OSCP (valued)
