Overview
In this role, you will support Adobe sales teams within the EMEA Center of Excellence for Data, AI and Applications, becoming a subject matter expert and driving vendor solution definitions. You’ll collaborate with sales to tailor configurations and bill of materials, while delivering POCs, demos, and technical webinars. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accreditation, and ongoing learning in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with sales to design and configure vendor solutions, including a tailored Bill of Materials
- Deliver high-quality service and meet defined SLAs
- Explain product and tech information to internal and external audiences
- Handle product/solution inquiries from sales, vendors, and resellers
- Maintain peer-level technical contacts within assigned vendors
- Achieve vendor-related accreditations and deepen technical knowledge
- Support the Business Solution Centre to boost sales activity and partner utilization
- Provide presales technical support through POCs, demonstrations, and webinars for key stakeholders
Requisitos principales
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar Adobe-focused role
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong knowledge of Adobe product and technology portfolio
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills
- IT industry knowledge related to channels, vendors, competition and end users (desirable)
