Overview
In this role you will drive growth in the Nordic market by prospecting and closing new customers for Perk’s travel and spend management platform. You’ll work closely with the Sales Coach, engage with executives and stakeholders, and own the full sales cycle from outreach to close. You’ll collaborate with Marketing to improve lead qualification and stay ahead as a Perk product expert. This position offers the chance to shape how organizations manage business travel and expenses at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Prospect and manage own pipeline for the Nordic market (outbound and inbound)
- Present demos and own follow-up through to closing
- Understand client needs and map Perk value to those needs
- Engage with stakeholders from Office Managers to CFOs




- Maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead qualification and awareness
- Become an expert on Perk and evolving features

Requisitos principales
- Native speaker in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish
- Excellent communication and video presentation skills
- Experience in the Nordic market and proven hunter with outbound pipeline development
- Track record of building relationships with C-suite executives
- Understanding of B2B solution selling with short sales cycles
- Ambitious, ethical, and capable of independent work while being a team player
