Job Description
As an HXM Data Integration Consultant (SF & SAP HCM), you will play a key role in supporting HR data integration and migration activities within a hybrid system landscape. Working under the guidance of the lead, you will contribute to the successful execution of integration processes, ensuring data consistency and reliability across platforms. This is a hands‐on role with a strong focus on system configuration, testing, data quality assurance, and ongoing operational support.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Support data migration execution:



data extraction support, cleansing, mapping support, validation, and basic reconciliation.
- Configure and maintain BIB artifacts following defined design (infotype group setup, mappings, transformations, validations).
- Execute integration and data tests, collect evidence, and track/triage issues with clear documentation.
- Monitor replication jobs and integration flows; provide first‐level troubleshooting (log review, basic checks) and expedite with the right context.
- Support Integration Suite/CPI operational tasks (deployments, health checks, basic configuration updates under guidance).
- Run and monitor SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs (where used) and support basic troubleshooting.
- Support SuccessFactors data import activities (mass imports) and basic OData/API validation steps where required.
