Overview
As Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will support direct tax compliance and transfer pricing for assigned entities within Bunge’s European Finance and Tax organization. You will collaborate with regional and general teams to ensure accurate tax reporting, documentation, and governance in line with local laws and OECD guidance. The role focuses on timely compliance, data analysis, and process improvement to strengthen tax controls. This is an opportunity to contribute to a global, transformation-minded tax function and shape how tax processes scale across the region.

Responsabilidades
- Direct Tax Compliance & Reporting: prepare tax provisions, forecast ETR, year-end true-ups, and related journal entries; coordinate corporate income tax return calculations; manage withholding tax obligations; ensure timely submissions.
- Transfer Pricing: manage documentation, collect and analyze data, support benchmarking studies, prepare TP returns, and ensure OECD/local compliance.
- Controls, Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: perform reconciliations, support audits,



contribute to automation and standardization, monitor legislative developments and assess impact.

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or related field
- 1-3 years in direct tax, transfer pricing, tax accounting, or related finance function
- Experience in multinational or shared service environment preferred
- Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
- Good understanding of direct tax and transfer pricing regulations; basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and advanced MS Excel
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Understanding of corporate income tax and withholding tax concepts; introductory TP knowledge
- Experience with tax provisions, reconciliations, and tax accounting processes
- Familiarity with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines is an advantage
