Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the pipeline generation for Factorial’s partner portfolio in Italy, turning shared goals into concrete growth plans. You will craft joint GTM strategies with partners and drive initiatives that convert into pipeline and revenue. You’ll analyze funnel performance and build repeatable growth playbooks that scale across partners, while experimenting with new channels and AI-powered approaches. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to align efforts with Factorial’s GTM strategy and ambitious growth goals.

Responsabilidades
• Native-level Italian and professional English
• Strong commercial/business mindset; marketing should translate to pipeline and revenue
• 3–5 years in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales, Partnerships or similar
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to prioritize investments
• Strategic thinker with execution capability and end-to-end GTM vision
• Autonomous, proactive; identifies problems and implements solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to connect campaign performance to funnel and revenue outcomes
