We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant Talent Acquisition Platforms (SAP SuccessFactors)

At Tenth Revolution Group, we specialize in connecting highly skilled professionals with leading global organizations. We are currently supporting a Digital Hub in a strategic Talent Acquisition transformation project and are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional to help lead the global migration from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to SmartRecruiters.

✅ What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Career Site Builder (CSB) in large international environments
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters, including implementation and migration projects
- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition platform implementations, migrations, or transformation programs
- Experience managing external implementation partners and working with general business stakeholders
- Fluent English and the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
