Experteer Overview In this Legal Counsel role, you help SITA navigate complex tech, cyber, and data regulations to enable responsible global deals. You work closely with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to embed legal considerations across product lifecycles and commercial partnerships. You’ll advise on AI, cyber security, data privacy, and regulatory issues while supporting cross-functional initiatives. This position offers influence across technology partnerships and a chance to shape SITA’s leadership in travel tech.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Navigate regulatory rules and assess risks to keep projects compliant and on track
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance across teams for AI, cyber security, and data matters
- Lead cyber incident review and align with cyber teams
- Review AI usage in products and coordinate with Global Privacy Office on contracts
- Define and negotiate technology partnerships with ecosystem partners
- Support cross-border commercial transactions involving technology and data
- Advise Executive Leadership on technology, cyber, AI, and data strategy
- Deliver proactive training in relevant legal areasResponsabilidades




- Solid experience in AI, cyber security, data and technology-related legal matters
- Ability to work autonomously in one or more domains (AI, cyber security and data)
- Strong negotiation and contract skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Degree in Law with licensure (attorney, solicitor, barrister, or equivalent)
- At least 12 years post-qualification experience in private practice and industry
- Post-qualification certifications in relevant subjects (e.G., CIPP/E, CIPT, ECPC-AI)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
