Key Account Manager – Technology Consulting

We are growing our Technology Consulting business in Iberia and are looking for an Account Manager to develop and expand our relationships with existing clients.
This is a hands-on commercial role with direct responsibility for account growth. You will work with established client relationships, identify new opportunities and connect clients’ evolving business needs with Tieto’s capabilities in software engineering, data and integrations, cloud, enterprise applications and AI-enabled transformation.
You will have the autonomy to shape account strategies and the support of consultants, architects, delivery teams and international technology specialists to turn opportunities into valuable solutions.

Your role
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts in Iberia.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with revenue, profitability and growth targets.
Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders,



gaining a strong understanding of their priorities, challenges and technology landscape.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across new business areas and Tieto’s Technology Consulting capabilities.
Translate client needs into relevant consulting and technology solutions.
Manage opportunities from identification and qualification through proposal development, negotiation and commercial closure.
Collaborate with consultants, architects, delivery teams and industry specialists to develop compelling solutions and proposals.
Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate forecasts of commercial progress.
The primary focus of this role is the growth of existing Tieto accounts, rather than new-client acquisition.
