Join Fever’s backend team to build and operate geo-distributed platform services with a focus on data residency, multi-region reliability, and privacy. You will design, implement, and optimize API-driven components that scale for a general audience. Collaborate with Product, Data, and other Engineering squads to improve performance, observability, and developer experience. This role offers ownership from early on and a clear path to leadership through architectural contributions and mentoring. You’ll help shape a privacy-conscious, high-availability backend that powers Fever’s live entertainment platform.

Responsabilidades
- Design and implement end-to-end features within your squad
- Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements across services and APIs
- Develop event-driven components prioritizing performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and other Engineering teams to enhance the platform and developer experience
- Take ownership of core components and evolve their architecture
- Lead by example in code reviews, design sessions, and mentoring
- Drive best practices in scalability, observability, and system design
Requisitos principales
- Experience building geo-distributed / geo-localized systems with multi-region deployments
- Strong backend fundamentals (API design, testing, observability, production services)
- Hands-on with CockroachDB or AWS DynamoDB (including Global Tables)
