Overview

You drive the development of back office tools, reports, and systems used by Operations teams to improve efficiency and value. You coordinate with stakeholders and software teams to plan and implement new platforms while ensuring smooth rollout and release tracking. You assess feature feasibility, manage change, and document requirements for multiple releases. You work cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions that support growth, customer support, marketing, and payments. This is a hands-on role shaping operational systems at scale in a general learning community.

Responsabilidades

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external software teams to clarify development requirements
- Project manage operational, training and support needs for new systems deployments
- Analyse workflows and propose improvements to Group management
- Coordinate change management for rollout of new developments and platforms
- Assess feature requests for feasibility and value and report outcomes to COO




- Create multi-release plans and functional specifications aligned with stakeholder objectives
- Manage configurations for back office tools
- Conduct user-acceptance testing of new developments and document release notes
- Investigate, document and resolve post-development production issues

Requisitos principales

- At least 3 years as Product Owner in a similar role or 4 years in an operations environment, preferably online gaming
- Ability to autonomously manage and prioritise high volumes of work
- Degree level in computer science or other technology-related discipline or demonstrable technical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to define business requirements for software development
- Strong relationship management skills with business users and software developers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
