WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Lead projects and teams, focusing on successful delivery and customer value realization.
Develop expertise in ServiceNow offerings and provide technical leadership to customers.
Design and implement ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned with best practices.
Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
Participate in workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants while driving innovation and quality.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Years' experience:
8+ years
English:
C1 minimum
Spanish:
Native
ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS)
Ability to travel.
Industry domain expertise.
Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving.
Experience managing customer relationships and stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple engagements.
