In this role you will lead Azure landing zone implementation, infrastructure modernization, and migrations for strategic Spanish customers. You will work with architects and delivery leads to deliver Spanish-language engagements with measurable outcomes. You will map customer needs to Microsoft technology adoption, manage risks, and ensure outcomes align with overall cloud transformation goals.

This position offers a hands-on, collaborative opportunity to drive meaningful cloud journeys and customer success in Spain.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Support pre-sales with business requirements, input on solutions, and drafting proposals/SOWs
- Lead landing zone and infrastructure modernization efforts in Azure for strategic customers
- Manage migration projects (on-prem to Azure) and tenant/identity transitions
- Develop project artifacts, WBS, and risk/milestone plans; coordinate with delivery leads
- Communicate business value and align solutions to architecture intent




- Manage escalations and resource coordination; ensure adherence to delivery practices
- Proactively manage executive relationships and pursue customer satisfaction improvements
- Contribute to IP management, reuse, and continuous improvement of offerings
- Drive business development and cloud adoption opportunities across existing customers
- Lead or participate in readiness, accreditation, and community training initiatives

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in infrastructure consulting, systems engineering, or cloud xugodme consulting
- 2+ years hands-on with Microsoft Azure infrastructure services
- Experience executing infrastructure migration from on-premises to Azure
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years leadership experience (preferred)
- Technical certifications in domain/service lines (e.g., Azure, Security) (preferred)
- Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile) (preferred)
