What You’ll Do * Expert Support: Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with account queries, transactions, and digital banking tools. * Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions. * Security & Compliance: Maintain strict data privacy standards and adhere to financial security protocols. * Language Integration: Use your Spanish skills to navigate internal systems and coordinate with local teams.



What We Are Looking For * Languages: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and solid Spanish (Minimum B2 required). * Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-centric focus. * Mindset: Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn (prior banking experience is a plus, but not required). * Work Authorization: EU work permit required; must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid.
