As Head of Supply Chain Spain you will lead end-to-end Customer Operations and Logistics across Spain, driving excellence and digital transformation. You will oversee Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation, ensuring reliable service and KPI performance. Responsabilidades
- Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation across Spain
- Ensure excellent customer service performance and operational reliability
- Drive transformation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives




- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs
- Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives
- Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Planning and General Supply Chain teams
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Support implementation of automation and AI-driven operational improvements

Requisitos principales
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics or Customer Operations
- Proven people leadership experience in multinational environments
- Experience in Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with SAP and Supply Chain systems
- Exposure to transformation and digitalization init
