What you'll do * Lead the origination and execution of greenfield, brownfield, and M&A; projects from strategy to closing. * Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities by actively screening the market. * Drive target assessments, business planning, valuation, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination. * Support high-impact strategic projects by defining scope, performing business analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations. * Partner with senior leadership by providing strategic insights that influence executive decision-making. What we're looking for * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * 8–12 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A;), Management Consulting, or Private Equity,



with a strong track record in strategy, transactions, and deal origination. * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. * Nice to have: German language skills.
