Overview
In this role you will elevate SITA’s presence among senior aviation decision-makers by shaping executive viewpoints on LinkedIn and key industry moments. You will lead a strategically focused program that amplifies leadership voices, thought leadership, and campaigns across social channels. Collaborating with executives, marketing colleagues, and content teams, you’ll ensure authentic, high-impact content that aligns with commercial goals. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and data-driven social performance, delivering measurable influence.

Responsabilidades
- Define and run the executive visibility program for the CEO and leadership team on social media and at industry moments
- Develop consistent,



authentic points of view for each leader with BU presidents and senior leaders
- Translate leadership thinking into high-quality LinkedIn posts, articles, responses, and follow-up pieces
- Ghost-write, coach and edit executive content to maintain the leader’s voice
- Manage the editorial calendar for executive visibility aligned with IT Insights, campaigns, and events
- Brief executives for conferences and launches to empower them with a strong point of view
- Lead the employee advocacy program to enable authentic sharing of company thinking
- Collaborate with thought leadership, content and storytelling teams to create advocacy-ready formats
- Own the company LinkedIn channel including editorial strategy and performance management
- Lead paid social strategy in collaboration with campaigns and marketing, iterating based on performance
