If you excel at defining brand voices and translating complex strategic concepts into compelling narratives for the DACH market, this is your place. The ChallengeAs a Senior Creative Copywriter, you will be the guardian of messaging frameworks and lead copy concepts for both English and German campaigns. You won't just write; you will define the Tone of Voice for general brands, ensuring cultural relevance and emotional impact. A critical part of your role involves mentoring junior writers and performing high-level quality assurance to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesConceptual Leadership: Develop lead copy concepts and messaging frameworks for major global campaigns.
Tone of Voice Definition: Establish and adapt brand voices for different platforms,



with a strong focus on social media.
Creative Translation: Adapt global assets for the local German market, ensuring they resonate culturally while staying true to the brand's core. QA & Editorial: Review, edit, and provide feedback on copy from junior team members to guarantee excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Art Direction, Strategy, and Account Management teams. Client Advisory: Present and defend creative concepts directly to key stakeholders when necessary.
Requirements (Must-Have)Language Mastery: German speaker with excellent command of English.
Proven Experience: Senior-level background in developing messaging frameworks and leading copy concepts.
