Responsabilidades
- Drive operational excellence across two countries with compliant, high-quality event delivery and P&L; management
- Coach and develop Team Leaders to foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Lead change initiatives (process harmonization, new tools, AI adoption) to improve efficiency
- Serve as escalation point for major clients and act as trusted strategic partner




- Represent the agency externally in Spanish & Italian markets, building relationships with media and industry figures
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international peers to align on general standards and multi-market delivery
- Ensure high client satisfaction and profitability through efficient operations and project delivery quality
- Support employee engagement and maintain strong team performance across regions

Requisitos principales
- 10+ years in event agency operations/production
- Fluent in Spanish; English; Italian is a plus
- Proven experience leading large, multi-country teams
- Strong stakeholder management and external communication skills
- Established network in the event/communication industry
