Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee global study delivery from CSP development through study close-out, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality (CSR-related) deliverables. You will align with the Study Lead and drive vendor scope, oversight, and performance metrics across multiple therapeutic areas. You will manage start-up, recruitment, and site activities, contribute to study documents, and support continuous improvement through lessons learned. This position offers the opportunity to shape global study execution within a collaborative Development Operations environment. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Strategize and oversee key vendors to meet timelines, budget, and quality; maintain oversight documentation across the study life cycle • Coordinate cross-functional activities including Data Management, Regulatory, Patient Safety, QA, and CROs to enable efficient study delivery • Plan and conduct internal/external meetings (e.g., Investigators'/Monitors' meetings)



• Support budget management and external service provider invoicing; assist with study documents/plans • Perform Study Lead activities for less-complex studies and delegate team responsibilities • Lead lessons learned exercises and contribute to departmental initiatives and SME functions • Coordinate start-up and recruitment activities across countries and monitor sites globally • Oversee country activities during protocol amendments, database locks, and Investigator Meetings; manage site close-out and post-trial activities • Provide study-related training and support country teams with resourcing and CRA development • Develop/review study documents including training materials and monitoring/oversight plans • Aggregate and communicate deliverables to the CTT and country teams • Support other study and functional activities as assigned Responsabilidades • u0026gt;5 years of clinical research experience • 3 years in a leading role accountable for global trials • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in clinical practice/health care, life sciences, or drug development • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills • Highly proactive with initiative and strong relationship-building abilities • Office-based role requiring computer use, remote communication, problem solving, and cross-team collaboration Requisitos principales •
