Overview
As a Senior FP&A; Analyst at Lodgify, you will drive financial performance through planning, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong focus on headcount and salaries planning. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and the leadership group to enable scalable, capital-efficient growth. You will own and refine budgeting processes, dashboards, and investor reporting, translating numbers into strategic insights. This role combines analytical rigor with business partnering to support hiring decisions and organizational design in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and improve financial planning and controlling processes (business plans, rolling forecasts, monthly closings, investor reporting)
- Own headcount and salaries planning, analyzing compensation, payroll, and workforce KPIs with People team




- Support organizational design and workforce optimization to enable scalable growth
- Maintain and update financial models, reports, and internal dashboards for timely, accurate insights
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions across teams
- Develop frameworks to guide resource allocation and prioritization

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years of FP&A; experience, ideally in SaaS
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; familiarity with financial systems/databases a plus
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen; ability to translate concepts into actionable insights
- Excellent English communication skills, with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; trustworthy with confidential information
