Job Title: Purchasing SpecialistLocation: Madrid, AV Manoteras, 32We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to support our international fleet operations across multiple European markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in procurement administration, supplier coordination, contract management, and fleet data maintenance.Key Responsibilities- Manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of purchasing and supplier contracts within procurement and fleet management systems.- Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and operational requirements.- Maintain and update vehicle and fleet-related data across multiple European markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability.- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order processing, vehicle deliveries, and complete documentation.- Support contract management activities by maintaining organized and auditable records of supplier agreements.- Analyse purchasing and fleet data to identify cost trends, supplier performance indicators,



and opportunities for process optimization.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and fleet operations.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or Vocational Qualification (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations, preferably within the automotive, fleet management, rental, or related industries.- Experience working in an international environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams across different countries.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using procurement, ERP, or fleet management systems.- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.- Italian language skills are considered a strong advantage.What We Offer- Temporary contract- Annual salary: 30000 euros- Hybrid work.- Free parking at the office.- Opportunity to work in an international environment.- Exposure to multiple European markets and suppliers.- Collaborative and dynamic team culture.MadridMadridSpain#J-18808-Ljbffr
