We are looking for an experienced Data Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and evolution of modern data platforms and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead data engineering and platform initiatives.
- Define data architecture standards and best practices.
- Mentor and support technical teams.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and scalability.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Data Architecture.
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English: Professional level.
