Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) Job Summary: Trane in MTA-Madrid is hiring for a Sales Inside Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for MTA sales solutions that involve teaming with Account Mangers in assigned territory.
- Assisting in estimating, submittals, and order entry.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, advising corrective action, and communicating with customers, and co-workers.
- Build consultative relationships and trust with engineering and contracting customers.
- Support engineers with applications.
- Understand market overall sales strategy.
- Responsible for keeping abreast of external market conditions and internal requirements related to portfolio.
- Identify product gaps, develop solutions to minimize the impact, and work with MTA Equipment Sales team to prioritize and eliminate gaps.




- Understanding inefficiency within current workflow and processes to better service customers by improving process between acquisition and fulfillment.
- Supporting our field support personnel by being the liaison to the office and improving processes for project handoff for execution.

Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales is desirable.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the industrial sector.
- Experience in the sale of equipment and services to the industry.
- High level of proactivity and goal-oriented.
- Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of reporting structure and systems is desired (Oracle, Hyperion).
- Strong PC skills required: Microsoft Office (with Excel emphasis).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
