- Translate business needs into data-driven solutions with stakeholders

Requisitos principales
- Professional experience with data and exposure to data engineering concepts
- SQL proficiency with understanding of query optimization and indexing in RDBMS or big data
- Experience with cloud technologies and solution design (Microsoft Azure, Databricks)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Scala, or R)
- Hands-on experience across data lifecycle (gathering, cleaning, visualization, reporting)
- Interest or experience in AI/ML techniques, particularly NLP/text analytics
- Previous insurance experience is an advantage
- Can-do attitude and focus on delivering user-friendly business solutions
- Strong teamwork and communication; ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus
