- Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
- Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.

- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Implement permanent corrective actions.
- Maintain technical knowledge articles.

Upgrade & Lifecycle Management
- Switch refresh initiatives
- Software lifecycle planning
- Validation and rollback testing

Capacity & Performance Management
- Capacity forecasting

- Infrastructure modernization

Security & Compliance
- Vulnerability remediation
- Security advisory reviews
