Job Description

Are you a hands-on Supply Chain leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities? Join Sibelco as Director Supply Chain and lead the development and performance of our Supply Chain and Logistics activities across the sub-region.



We are looking for an experienced Director Supply Chain to lead all Supply Chain matters across the sub-region, including the development and execution of logistics and Supply Chain strategies aligned with business needs. In this role, you will assess network requirements, identify and resolve transportation and warehousing gaps, optimize logistics flows, and drive initiatives that improve service, cost, and operational performance.
Responsibilities

Acting as the focal point for Supply Chain across the sub-region, translating commercial and operational requirements into effective transportation, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
Leading and executing logistics optimization initiatives, including route and replenishment flow design, freight tendering, benchmarking, and secondary footprint optimization.
Managing the Supply Chain team, fostering accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement
