At Tenth Revolution Group, we specialize in connecting highly skilled professionals with leading general organizations. We are currently supporting a Digital Hub in a strategic Talent Acquisition transformation project and are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional to help lead the global migration from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to SmartRecruiters.

What we're looking for:
At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Career Site Builder (CSB) in large international environments
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters , including implementation and migration projects
Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition platform implementations, migrations, or transformation programs




Experience managing external implementation partners and working with global business stakeholders
Fluent English and the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
