In this Packaging Buyer role, you support the European Packaging Procurement team to drive operational excellence and data-driven buying. You will work closely with Category Managers, internal centers, and BES to ensure continuity, accuracy, and strong supplier performance for packaging materials across Europe. Based in Barcelona, you’ll handle day-to-day procurement activities and help translate strategies into tangible results.

You’ll grow toward sourcing or category management, contributing to iconic spirits brands through efficient packaging sourcing and data–driven improvements.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Assist Packaging Category Managers with vendor onboarding and SAP master data tasks (PO accuracy, price maintenance, GR accuracy)
- Support supply continuity for France, Italy, UK supply centers and co-packers in packaging categories (glass, labels, closures, shipper, secondary packaging)
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting on supplier performance across European plants and co-packers
- Track costs and support Purchasing Price Variance (PPV) analysis
- Maintain accurate pricing and data in SAP and other systems
- Create and analyze dashboards using Excel,



SAP and BI tools
- Act as a key user for SAP, Power BI, Taulia, CoMas, ScanMarket, One Pack with a process mindset
- Participate in low-complexity sourcing projects and provide status updates in Provalido
- Assist regional tender preparations and analyses under Category Manager guidance
- Serve as go-to contact for Europe Packaging Procurement Managers and collaborate with BES and Finance
- Manage packaging documentation and coordinate with local suppliers on technical/logistics queries

Responsabilidades

- 1–2 years+ in procurement or supply chain, preferably with packaging materials
- Experience delivering procurement xugodme objectives (tenders, projects, strategies)
- Experience supporting innovation and sustainability initiatives
- Fluent English; Spanish, French or Italian beneficial
- Strong understanding of procurement; meticulous, well-organized, data/systems savvy
- Agile, proactive, self-starter with collaboration skills
- Experience using SAP, Excel; BI experience is a plus
