Overview

As Director of Product, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple game products within Zynga's Central Product Management. You will translate user data into strategy, oversee roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes across global teams. Your work shapes social gaming experiences that connect hundreds of millions of players. Responsabilidades
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple feature areas and general teams
- Write and consult on specs, tackle design challenges, promote interoperability and scale
- Lead and set the research strategy; base product decisions on in-depth data analysis
- Develop customer insights and ensure roadmaps address user needs
- Provide strategy, management, and mentorship for CPM team members and PMs
- Coordinate PMs across products, set measurable objectives,



and drive project plans aligned with priorities
- Deliver vision and strategy, monitor progress, and collaborate with publishing teams and game teams for initiatives

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in product management for consumer products
- Experience in consumer mobile or game development preferred but not required
- Ability to build wireframes, product specs, and white papers
- Experience with dynamic applications and multivariate testing
- Ability to lead and mentor a team; cross-functional leadership
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; SQL querying a plus
- Excellent project management and executive presentation skills
- Passion for games and delivering engaging user experiences
- Strong communication and detail-orientation
- Experience coordinating large-scale projects with central teams
