We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: • Define and implement Quality Engineering strategies aligned with engineering standards, delivery objectives, and quality goals. • Drive shift-left testing practices by identifying quality risks early and embedding testing throughout the software development lifecycle. • Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for web, API, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and accelerate software delivery. • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, and non-functional testing activities. • Validate APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems through comprehensive testing practices. • Analyze test results, identify quality risks and defects, and provide meaningful quality metrics to stakeholders. • Promote continuous improvement, defect prevention, and a quality-first culture across cross-functional teams. ? WHAT (TECHNOLOGIES/METHODOLOGIES/TOOLS) WILL YOU USE? • Cypress, Playwright, Selenium (preferably C#) • Postman, SoapUI and REST API Testing Tools • Git • Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI • Jira, Confluence and Test Management Solutions • AWS / Azure Cloud Platforms • Microservices and Distributed Systems Architectures • Agile / Scrum Methodologies ? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Years experience: minimum 7 years in a similar Quality Engineering role. • Bachelors Degree. • Strong experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing across web, API, and distributed applications. • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright,



Selenium or equivalent tools. • Strong experience in API testing, service validation, API contract testing, and REST services. • Experience designing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and risk-based testing approaches. • Experience integrating quality controls into CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery processes. • Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cloud-native application testing. • Experience in non-functional testing including performance, accessibility, reliability, resilience, observability, and security testing. • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • English: Advanced (C1). ?
