In this role you will lead a general BI-focused team to plan, develop, and enhance SAP-based data solutions that support business decisions. You’ll align IT activities with customer needs and overall strategy, ensuring systems are stable and scalable. You’ll influence project priorities, assess viability, and drive improvements across data platforms. - Lead an international team of 4–5 members
- Contribute to annual business application system plans and set project priorities




- Assess project viability, provide updates, and recommend strategies
- Conduct performance feedback, succession planning, and communication sessions
- Ensure systems are up and running

- Experience in SAP BW on Hana Architecture and Developments
