In this role you collaborate with the Tech Lead to architect and deliver new features for a secure, scalable digital banking platform. You design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software in a cloud-native environment, while mentoring peers to uphold high code quality. You’ll stay current with tech trends and share findings during Get Stuff Done Days, contributing to cross-functional teams and enduring technical standards. - Mentor junior team members and ensure code quality via pull requests

- Work with cross-functional teams to uphold high technical standards across the product

Requisitos principales
- Experience with JVM languages and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems
- Kotlin experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, preferably Postgres
- Experience with modern cloud architectures, preferably AWS
- Professional proficiency in English
